Firuze delivers the kind of experience that stays with you long after the meal is over. The moment you step inside, the beautifully decorated interior sets the tone. It’s the sort of place where you immediately understand why someone from the city would recommend it. We were pointed toward the Shakh Plov by a local, and that single dish would have justified the visit on its own. It was easily one of the best rice dishes I’ve ever had. The staff added to the experience with their friendliness and attentiveness. All in all, Firuze turned out to be a fantastic recommendation—beautiful setting, memorable food, and hospitality that makes you feel welcome from the first minute. A place absolutely worth seeking out.

Firuze restaurant served as the backdrop for my wife and I to enjoy our first dinner in the beautiful city of Baku, and overall, it was a distinctly positive experience. The moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by a charming and exceptionally nice ambiance, characterized by a warm, traditional atmosphere that set the stage for a special evening. We focused on the house recommendations, ordering some of the chef's special items. The food itself was good, especially the signature plov, which was satisfyingly prepared and definitely hit the spot. A true highlight, however, was the soup; it was incredibly well-seasoned and flavorful, truly standing out as a delicious start to the meal. While we greatly enjoyed the cuisine, we encountered a minor service issue regarding portion size. The waiter was helpful in recommending the dishes, simply suggesting they were "good." Unfortunately, he neglected to mention that the items we ordered constituted far too much food for just two people. We ended up with an overwhelming amount of food, which was both a waste. Firuze provides an overall pleasant atmosphere and genuinely nice food, making it a lovely choice for a Baku vist.

This restaurant is an absolute must-visit. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was a delightful blend of pleasant, relaxing, and quiet, making for a truly peaceful dining experience. The food, however, is the real star. It is genuinely authentic and incredibly delicious. Every single dish we ordered was spectacular, each one somehow better than the last. You can tell that everything is prepared with passion and the freshest ingredients. A special mention must go to the bread. It was served warm, unbelievably fresh, and absolutely delicious—a unique treat that was a perfect start to the meal. The experience was capped off perfectly by the desserts. They were just as tasty and well-executed as the main courses. In summary: If you are looking for truly authentic, high-quality food in a wonderfully serene setting, look no further. Highly, highly recommended!

I recently had dinner at Feroza Restaurant in Baku, and it was a wonderful experience. The food was delicious—full of flavor and clearly made with care. Beyond the food, the ambiance was a definite highlight. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and thoughtfully put together. It’s the kind of place where you immediately feel comfortable, whether you’re there for a casual meal or something a bit more special.

Nice azari resturant in the center of Baku. The decoration is very nice and ancient. You enjoy the old azar atmosphere. The service was good and the staff were very friendly and polite. The food was not bad and expected to be much better. Good experience but need to improve the quality of the food.

A beautifully decorated restaurant. It really feels like dining in a cave, with many decorations and paintings. Good for photo taking. Ordered mangal Salad, cabbage dorma and Shakh Pilaf. Mangal Salad was delicious, balanced taste. Cabbage dorma was delicious, the meat was juicy. Shakh Pilaf was quite good. The bread and rice were fragrant and buttery. Nicely accompanied with sweet taste from the fruits. Might be dry for some people, try to order sauce or soup if needed. Services were Okay. Some staff were really friendly and polite, while some looked tired always. Highly recommended for their restaurant setting, delicious foods and affordable prices.

Typical touristic restaurant in the center of Baku. Not excellent, not bad. Food average. Service with rooms for improvement: 1.) didn’t get bread we ordered.2.) while I was finishing one of the plates with last piece of food, the waiter already took it away and replaced with another course, not letting me to finish. For sure you find better places in Baku.

Foods are best. But frankly don't buy mix grill it's not worth for the money, staff trying to force you to choose and in the menu they didn't mention the price properly. Rest of the food and ambiance are good. No parking space and it's in underground resturant
